MY EXPERIENCE     


So after a recent trip to a local BBQ restaurant here in Ft Lauderdale, I was shocked at the price for dinner and not only that but what little amount of food we recieved . * I definately understand what COVID has done with rising cost in the food industry, as I have run our family store and watched the prices going UP ,UP ,UP.  So I have decided to offer a much better quality product prepared specifically as requested by my clients and by offering more for the money. I have always cook as if I'm cooking for myself there's NO better way to cook when your passion is driving you to perfection.  S

MY AMBITIONS & GOALS


At the age of 58 and with many years of service to a industry I love, I'm excited about SUM BBQ'S  potental to grow. I know it takes years to establish and mature into a profitable business. After surviving todays challenges and  extremly difficulties,and especially in my industry as one place after another close due to either rising cost or shortage of employees or just unable to keep the doors open. I do all my own cooking, I want to make sure every detail is perfect and NO SHORT CUTS. I am cooking for one event at a time in order to give my client my full attention. edit button.
